I’m so happy to announce my next class, a full sound bath, happening Sunday 8/16/2026 at 8pm at Soul Fitness Studio in Providence, UT.For this class, we’ll begin by setting intention around the Golden Hour. The magical light before the sunset. Appreciating what's here before it changes. Savoring the end of a season, gratitude, and presence.This class will be a 60-minute experience that will begin with meditation and simple grounding postures to help us prepare for the sound portion. The actual sound bath will be about 40 minutes long.
I will be playing my crystal sound bowls, as well as various sound instruments around you for a full sound healing experience.Bring everything you need to be as comfy as possible. Extra blankets, pillows, water bottle, wear comfy loose clothing.The cost of the class is $20 and is paid through Venmo at the link below.
